**About Global Channel, Sales Innovation and Operations**:
The _Global Channel, Sales Innovation and Operations Organization_ is part of Commercial Organization in HP and leads the stimulating digital transformation with the expected outcome to become a more experience-driven organization. It is a strategic function that helps drive HP's Digital Transformation and Innovation in Sales processes including our Channel Partners.
The _Global Channel, Sales Innovation and Operations _builds relationship with HP Customers, Partners as well as dedicated HP Sales Teams, understanding operational business models, identifying challenges in the operational process, and finding solutions on how to improve HP interlock in the operational environment.
As part of the _Global Channel, Sales Innovation and Operations, _the_ Strategy and Planning Team_, drives standardized strategies, planning and execution processes across Global Channel, Sales Innovation and Operations. You will be part of a global team of highly engaged and capable colleagues supporting the organizational charter.
The **Employee Experience Program Manager** will work side by side with the Human Resources teams, Learning and Development teams, and the Leadership team to lead the design, development, execution, and closure of Employee Experiences which enable empowered, agile, adaptable and resilient employees thru his or her journey in Global Channel, Sales Innovation and Operations. This role also supports the communication of the related experiences and contributes the enhancement of the communication Framework around the experience programs.
**To reach the above objective you should**:
- Define Training Programs aligned to the organizations agreed roadmap for a compelling employee experience.
- Design the content (Creation / Re-design) and development methodology of such programs.
- Define program's deployment approach by proposing creative tools and methods which facilitate the implementation and roll out of the employee experience programs.
- Decide on the program's evaluation approach with effective tools that allow to measure the success of the programs.
- Collect and analyses program's feedback to improvise training content and program structure.
- Communicate effectively with programs participants on training material, tools available, schedules, etc.
- Adopt the charter and roadmap of the organization in regard to employee experience.

- Management of Change and project management skills are an advantage.
- Fluency in English
- Related experience in Learning and Development, Human Resources roles
**Education & Experience Recommended**
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
- Typically has 2-4 years of work experience, preferably in business operations, business process improvement, change management, or a related field or an advanced degree with little or no
