We are looking for a Channel Business Development Manager to join our team to drive a transformational change in the reseller channel. Our aim is to develop partners so that they can provide a consolidated workplace experience for their customers.Scope of the role is HP's Office Printing Products, Services and Solutions across devices, lifecycle services, managed print services and Print Software, sales to indirect channels.This role is ideal for people who want to be part of the emerging HP business area for the future and drive its growth and development.Key Responsibilities:- Sales goals achievement / over-achievement- Partner business planning- Articulate value proposition to local channel sales and partners- Strategy, programs, tools implementation and execution- Data analysis to find opportunities and challenges with existing and new partners- Communication between the local channel sales and global organization Understanding competition and market trends- Skills and Capabilities Required:- Strong sales mindset- Problem solverCommunications, negotiations & influencing skills- Demonstrating leadership- Data analytics & understanding- Reporting & structured thinking- Presentation skills Business / sales experience in Services and / or contractual field Languages as per sales region responsibility
