Global Corporate Banking - Subsidiary Mid Cap Banking Analyst MexicoWorking in a team environment, the Analyst will have access to senior officers of the firm and clients.

The analyst would be required to work with other professionals as a team drawing from the full spectrum of the firm's resources to develop customized financial solutions to meet the needs of clients.
The Analyst will work with Managing Directors, Executive Directors, Vice Presidents, Associates and Analyst worldwide, assisting them with all client activities (marketing, execution and on-going relationship management).
The analyst will assume responsibility for managing internal processes for deal executions, internal approvals, business aspects of regulatory reporting and ongoing management of client relationship.
Core Responsibilities:
Supporting Subsidiary Bankers in client coverage across products such as Credit, Cash Management, Trade, Markets among other.Assisting Subsidiary Bankers in managing existing client relationship and developing new Multinationals client base.Preparing internal approval documents such as pricing/rate approvals and set-ups, credit memos, balance sheet committee models, etc.Help with industry and credit analysis (review financial statements, listen to and summarize investor presentations, and support credit approval and documentation process)Conduct industry and company researchMaintain internal reports including deal tracking, pipeline reports, and balance sheet memosAssist in the preparation of pitch books and other marketing materials to help generate new revenue, in line with HQ and Regional BankersInitiate Implementation Requests for maintenance and new products added (Payments)Compile information for relationship reviews and account planning (e.g., credit structure, account schematics, account analysis statements, etc.
)Support ad-hoc requests (e.g., billing inquiries, list inquiries, mailing lists)Help with projects as requestedQualifications
Bachelor's degree with outstanding academic credentialsHigh level of motivation, dependability, intelligence & a team playerExcellent MS Office skills, specifically Excel based modelling and PowerPointExcellent verbal and written communication skills, in English and SpanishStrong quantitative, analytical and computer skills including PowerPoint and Excel based modellingProficiency with research tools including BloombergRelevant experience in the financial industry is valued
