- Drive the adoption and implementation of strategic initiatives such as AI integration, revenue acceleration, and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure strategies are understood and incorporated at every level of project execution.
- KPI: Percentage of initiatives achieving strategic goals, rate of on-time initiative implementation.Liaison with Regional Management:
- Function as the main conduit for strategic communications between the DTO's senior leadership and regional management teams, ensuring a consistent understanding and application of DTO strategies.
