.Job DescriptionWho we're looking forZendesk is seeking a Global Demand Marketing Manager to help fuel a phase of new business growth and profitability for our company.
This position will support driving the demand campaigns for our Tier 1 global launches, new product introductions and global events.
Working in close collaboration with our regional marketing, product marketing & sales teams to create a fully integrated campaign that drives engagement, registration, attendance that ultimately drives business.To be successful in this role, you have expertise in building new business marketing campaigns, launching new products and solutions, driving demand for events, writing demand content and being accountable for business results.
You possess a team-player attitude, have proven influence management skills, demonstrate strong cross-functional collaboration, show a willingness to learn new AI and marketing technologies and processes.
You'll be joining a team that values customer service excellence, creativity, inclusivity, purpose, and being a force for good in our communities.What you'll be doing- Build and manage global integrated marketing campaigns that target key personas, including customer support, IT, operations and HR.- Responsible for helping to define and build a repeatable launch marketing strategy and execution model in support of our bi-annual launches.- Partner with product marketing and leverage data driven analysis to understand enterprise target audience segmentation, align messaging to target audience and develop content strategy to support new business campaigns.- Partner across the marketing organization to deliver integrated launch and event demand campaigns across all relevant channels: regional marketing, product marketing, performance marketing, communications, content marketing, brand, web, internal communication, etc.- Understand and articulate the buyer's journey for our solutions in the context of campaigns.- Collaborate with sales enablement teams on campaign implementation, lead follow up, and performance.- Evaluate research, data, market conditions, and competitive position and implement adjustments as needed
