The major focus of the role is proactively monitoring and managing AZs risk exposure for customer facing digital assets (such as web sites, mobile apps and social media) in partnership with many key global functions and external vendors.AstraZeneca (AZ) uses digital media extensively in all parts of its business.
The digital estate is expected to grow in complexity over the next few years to support the strategy focusing on the patient.At AstraZeneca, we appreciate that there are global risks associated with its expanded use of digital media and are committed to ensuring that the response to these risks keeps pace with technical developments.
Collaboration with AZs vendors and business areas on key initiatives including digital asset estate management, compliance with regulations and guidelines both internal and external to the company, and partnerships with the marketing teams are required to drive data quality and performance.Major Responsibilities:
Manage AstraZenecas domains portfolio in conjunction with our 3rd Party registrar Manage the self-serve domain platform and engage with global customers on their domain needs Provide high level guidance on domain names, appropriate handles, global footprint opportunities and domain buy-back where applicable Lead the quarterly global digital asset Quality Assurance compliance monitoring process Ensure high data quality standards are maintained within the global digital asset portal Lead and/or support projects related to the assurance and compliance of global digital assets Ensure that AstraZenecas global digital assets are aligned with any changes in legal and regulatory requirementsContribute to the delivery of the global digital asset assurance strategy by identifying process improvements, process simplification, and potential areas of service growth Deliver support including training, guidance on policy language, and communication of requirements changes to global markets, functions, and brand teams Partner with 3rd party suppliers for day-to-day service activitiesReporting Relationship Direct Reports NA Indirect Reports:
