Stant is hiring a Global EHS Coordinator to play a critical role in ensuring our company's adherence to safety guidelines, emergency preparedness, and sustainability initiatives. This role will involve supporting compliance and sales teams, managing sustainability reporting, and leading various environmental and safety projects across our global facilities.

**Global EHS Coordinator Key Functions**:
- Sustain and manage global certification for ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018.
- Plan and coordinate external audits for certification and surveillance.
- Develop and communicate monthly safety, health, and environmental talks.
- Ensure machinery safety and conduct both qualitative and quantitative risk assessments for hazardous substances and physical hazards.
- Follow up and implement corrective actions from incidents, accidents, and internal/external audits
- Lead the sustainability committee, coordinating agendas, and progressing tasks.
- Provide support in sustainability/ESG assessments and updates to relevant systems, such as SAQ 5.0 and ECOVADIS.
- Update and improve documented information related to Management Systems, ESG, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018.
- Train and support the EHS Global team, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines and sustainability initiatives.
- Oversee the evaluation of new equipment for safety in accordance with company standards.
- Manage and update the Greenhouse Gas Emission calculator annually.
- Oversee actions and plans from energy diagnostics and evaluate the implementation of ISO 50001:2011.
- Support the FM Global inspections and improve human capital controls.
- Update the sustainability report, fig bytes information, and other key matrices/documents yearly.
- Participate in the Plant Manager conference and provide quarterly updates to the Board of Directors.
- Supervise the PCCS team in evaluating the supply chain and ensure ongoing decarbonization and energy efficiency efforts.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in environmental science, Safety, or a related field (equivalent experience may be considered).
- 3 - 5 years of experience
- Strong knowledge of emergency preparedness, including fire safety, first aid, hazardous materials, and evacuation protocols.
- Expertise in safety guidelines, industrial hygiene, ergonomics, and the Global Harmonized System.
- Familiarity with circular economy concepts, sustainable business models, ESG frameworks, decarbonization, and energy efficiency models.
- Willingness to travel as needed to support global facilities.
