This role is responsible for developing labor assessments, supporting disciplinary policies, and contributing to strategy. The role provides compliance solutions, creates training, and advises on policy interpretation. The role supports personnel procedures, compliance, and protects the organization and employees through clear communication with HR colleagues and leaders.**Responsibilities**- Supports, manages and conducts investigations with medium to high complexity.- Provides investigation pre-planning, i.E. scoping and plan development support, for other ER team members.- Contributes to the proposal of proactive ER strategies while acting as an ER consultant, managing HR escalations of medium to high complexity.- Develops labor relations assessments and reporting, and contributes to ensuring disciplinary policies, procedures, practices, and documentation are kept up to date.- Provides support to other team members as it relates to the development of the strategy and negotiation proposals, meetings, examining agreements, building, and updating requirements.- Supports countries providing business-considered compliance solutions for strategy and programs, and participates in employee discussions as needed.- Develops training for leaders, human resources staff, and employees to ensure consistency and compliance with regulatory requirements and related policies and procedures.- Defines areas of interest/concern and discusses appropriate assessment methods with leaders/managers before initiating the employee assessment process.- Provides HR colleagues and leaders/managers with clear explanations about how internal HR policies and procedures protect the organization and the employees.**Education & Experience** Recommended**- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Relations, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.- Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in employee relations, HR compliance, labor relations, employment & labor law, or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.**Preferred Certifications**- Professional in Human Resources (PHR)/ Senior Professional in Human Resources (SHPR)- Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM)**Cross-Org Skills**- Effective Communication- Results Orientation- Learning Agility- Digital Fluency- Customer Centricity**Impact & Scope**- Impacts multiple teams and may act as a team or project leader providing direction to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision making process.**Complexity**- Responds to moderately complex issues within established guidelines.**Disclaimer
