Our main skills are Lean Six Sigma, Project Management, Advanced Excel, Visual Basic & Power BI. We want to reinforce our team's skills by incorporating someone with the ability to identify potential opportunities and the technical skills to build the solution. The objective of this position is to identify and develop/execute process improvement projects across multiple Financial Planning sub-areas (FP&A, Supply Chain Finance, OpEx, Sales Finance, A&M) with special attention to the Mexico Business Services center (LATAM, PBNA & PFNA) serving as a SME for financial processes and technological capabilities development (Excel, UiPath, Power Automate, Power BI, others). Projects from other worldwide Business Services Centers supporting other Sectors outside of Latam may happen over the course of the time.Your ImpactAs Global Finance Transformation Analyst your responsibilities would consist of:Functional Experience:Gain and develop further/experienced understanding of multiple FP processes. Projects may vary from expertise domain: OpEx, Supply Chain Finance, FP&A, A&M, Sales Finance.Technological Skills:Propose new ways of working using current/new technological tools or functional process re-design.Advanced Excel (Practical tests will be made):Create new advanced Excel models or reports.Improve current Excel models or reports to an advanced level.UiPath, Power BI, Access, Power Automate and relevant statistical tools are a plus:Create new RPAs, RDAs with UiPath.Develop new dashboards with Power BI.Create improvements documentation for knowledge management (User guides, manuals).Manage relationship with IT teams in case the solution is built by them.Business Transformation:Identify process improvement opportunities across Finance processes.Execute process improvement agenda and collaborate with project stakeholders.Develop PowerPoint presentations to communicate improvements implications
