Global Graduate Trainee - HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems)

Over the course of our **3-year Graduate Trainee program**, you have the opportunity to take part in 3 annual rotations within our **HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems)** including a **mission abroad**.
**Responsibilities**:
- _Identify business problems and shortlist the most urgent ones_
- _List the predictive analytics that can solve the top business problems identified_
- _Assess the feasibility and potential impact of predictive analyst initiatives_
- _Defined with HR Director the organizational HR objectives to be supported by technology_
- _Assess current and future technology requirements for the HR function_
- _Identify the HR technology investments and upgrades that best support organizational objectives_
- _Develop a 5 year HR technology roadmap and a predictive analytics heat map to determine which predictive analytics initiatives and technology to implement first_
- _Prioritize HR technology projects with the highest impact on employee experience by facilitating an objective comparison and involving key stakeholders from HR and the business._
- _Drive two-way conversations with IT and the entire HR team on digital transformation and employee experience, rather than process and system improvements._
- _Increase HR process innovation by creating a roadmap to move from ad hoc, task-based automation projects to end-to-end process transformations._
- _Evaluate the function's capabilities in collecting, maintaining and analyzing data to turn them into actionable insights that influence employee behavior._
- _Create and update digital employee journey maps to prioritize HR technology investments for moments that matter._
The goal of our program is to prepare you on a path for talented, passionate professionals towards future leading roles within our company.
Each Graduate Trainee will be assigned to an expert Mentor, who will ensure you receive all the continuous support and training you need to be successful during your 3 annual rotations. After your 3-year graduate program you move to an exciting role within Puratos to build further your career within our global business.
**Who are we looking for?**
- A **Bachelor's Degree from Human Resources OR Information technology **with excellent academic track and a hands-on mindset.
- A first work or Internship experience, preferably in the Food, FMCG or in a similar industry
- Drive for innovation, teamwork, flexibility and achievement orientation
- Interdependent mindset with influencing skills within a non-hierarchical setting
- Engagement and Passion for the Food industry and working in pilot/production environments
- Be fully mobile to work in different global business areas/ locations
- **Be fully business-fluent in English (French, Dutch and/or other European languages highly advantageous)**
