The company is a member of the Motherson Group, one of the 22 largest automotive suppliers worldwide.**Your tasks**:Direct and coordinate the development and implementation of the company´s Health & Safety and Sustainability (H&S) strategies and programs. Support the OPCO´s strategic deployment considering corporate objectives. Monitor and communicate on performance to improve decision making regarding HS&S and to integrate HS&S into business decisions. Ensure adherence to all company principles, policies and requirements related to HS&S, including Management Systems certification (ISO 14001 and/or ISO 45001). Ensure compliance with HS&S legal requirements. Verify that all HS&S communication conforms to Motherson principles. Participation in the company´s processes and procedures applicable to health, safety, fire and environmental protection, sustainability activities as well as improvement of working conditions and production processes, as well as participation in planning, execution and maintenance of buildings, plant, machinery and equipment, design of workplaces, introduction of work procedures and use of personal protective equipment. To Provide technical advice and support the OPCOs on Risk assessment and risk prevention regarding health, occupational safety, fire and environmental protection, activities for the implementation of laws and recognized rules, for example regarding: Accidents and near miss incidents according to employee feedback; initiating and controlling the elimination of the causes**Your profile**:Highly developed practical understanding of HS&S management, including management systems, risk assessment & accident / incident investigation. A formal qualification in either OH&S or Environment, complemented at least by on-the-job learning or self-study in the other area. Developed capability to understand & influence behavior in an industrial context. Developed ability to undertake EH&S audits and inspections, recognized by a formal auditing qualification. Developed knowledge of national / state / local legislation & industry codes. Demonstrated management capability in an operational environment including ability to lead, coach, engage and influence. Leading / implementing change. Prior experience in a EH&S role at a group of plants with a proven track record in improving EH&S performance.**What we offer**:Company benefits package
