Our work community is fun, supportive, and transparent with a growth mindset.**Duties and Responsibilities**:Recruitment/Pre-Onboarding:- Assisting with global offer generation process to obtaining the signed copies and filing them in the employee personnel records in our HRIS and ATS.- Assisting with the background check process for global employees.Onboarding:- Onboard new hires globally to applicable systems including HRIS, processing new hire paperwork.HRIS:- Create and Maintain employee records in our HRIS, ensuring accuracy and completeness of employee informationBenefit Administration:- Assist employees with benefits enrollment and answer questions regarding benefits.Payroll:- Process payroll and manage payroll-related queries and requests for US employees.- Work with HR team members and external payroll providers to ensure the accuracy and timely processing of payroll for employees in other locations.Immigration:- Manage immigration processes for employees by coordinating with the attorney to obtain visas and work permits and ensuring compliance with immigration laws and regulations.HR Policies & Procedures:- Assist with creating and rolling out the policies to the employees
