**Key Job Responsibilities**:
Lead Agile Scrum training sessions for our Global Portfolio Engineering teams.
Be a Thought Leader for your area of domain expertise across digital transformation and innovation.
You will report to the Global Innovation Leader in your region.
Act as a technical lead and is comfortable being in contact with customers, our sales team, professional services teams, and other stakeholders in the engagements.
**Qualifications**:
- 8+ years as a project management or a project portfolio management lead
- Agile/Scrum best practices evangelist, enthusiast, and coach
- Bachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or other relatable discipline
- Ability to travel up to 30% globally
- Comfortable communicating, collaborating, and working in high visibility
- Strong contributor
- Comfortable with ambiguity
- Comfortable resolving conflicts and removing impediments for the development team
- High energy, driven and enthusiastic about opportunities to establish and implement new approaches.
- Comfortable working in high visibility, high pressure situations
- Focused on getting things done by doing the right thing in the right way
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Strong customer-facing experience in software, hardware or integrated systems design and delivery consulting.
- Familiarity with digital transformation concepts
- Experience with technical pre sales development
- Experience in consulting services and manufacturing
- Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to become a student of innovation by proactively doing research, self-learning and training oneself on new emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Ability to work independently on ambiguous and evolving projects within and agile and growing team
