Also acts as a resource and trainer for colleagues with less experience. The LASS is responsible for driving and managing complex system implementations and solving complex problems and if necessary taking new perspectives using existing solutions. The LASS is overall accountable for a successful Operational Qualification (OQ) and ensures that customer is able to perform a successful and smooth Performance Qualification (PQ) as end-to-end testing before handing over to the local (expert) support team upon project completion.The LASS is also the ambassador of the Global Implementation process and participates actively in the knowledge transfer to local organizations and serves as a trainer and go to person in all matters related to automation.The LASS has the ability to articulate clearly all technical details to customers and other audiences in a timely and appropriate fashion. The position interfaces with various groups including sales, Ortho Care teams, regulatory and Business Field, as well as supplier partners.This is a work-from-home position and the incumbent may reside in any major city in the Region/Country.Tasks/Duties/Responsibilities:- Project Management - acts as the implementation project lead to ensure all aspects of the project are completed to achieve the successful implementation of the lab automation system in the Clinical Laboratory environment and ensure customer satisfaction.- Be the SME for the Lab Automation and Middleware SW product internally and externally and serves as a trainer and go to person for local organizations. Collects specifications and builds, verifies or modifies system configurations to ensure customer needs
