The legal department provides an internal capability that is essential to the business. This quality of service and added value has been acknowledged by the CEO and Global Ex Com members.**Main Responsibilities**- Advising in legal topics from our CEO to every rank in the HSE and Purchasing departments at Nemak Plants.- Provide legal advice to all business units to assure that negotiations and transactions are carried out efficiently and with better understanding of the associated risks.Primary responsibility for- Contracts- HSE issues- Litigation and disputes- Liaise with government agencies and bureaucratic procedures- Real estate administration- Investigations and reports (i.E. on reforms to law)- Compliance- Day-to-day operations**Position Requirements**Education: Bachelor's degree (Masters Degree desirable) - LLM preferred**Experience**:- At least 3 years of professional practice required in companies or law firms.Languages: English Advanced- At Nemak, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (D&I) play a fundamental role in everything we do and are the underlying platform on which our culture is built.
