Responsible for providing quality legal service to businesses oriented to Nemak objectives.**Main Responsibilities**- Financing projects, such as bond issuances and credit lines- All procurement contracts and collection disputes with focus on particularly complex cases- Draft of yearly reports such as the sustainability report, notes to the audited financial statements, report to BMV.- Mexico and global corporate secretary (excluding NSAB)- Advice to day-to-day operations that are essential to facilitate the flow of the company's business processes.- Increase involvement in Sales contracts and disputes,- HSE issues- Compliance functions**Position Requirements**- Master's degree (Law and Master's degree required, LL.M.)- Advanced English Professional- At least 5 years of professional practice in corporate law required, either in a company or law firm- At Nemak, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (D&I) play a fundamental role in everything we do and are the underlying platform on which our culture is built.
