This role aims to deliver measurable savings and enhance efficiency by streamlining processes and implementing best practices.Key responsibilities include:Process Optimization: Analyze current logistics and warehouse processes, identifying areas for improvement to optimize transport and warehousing operations.Cost Savings Initiatives: Develop and implement strategies to reduce transportation and warehousing costs, contributing to overall business savings goals.
Explore and identify synergies across different regions, to consolidate processes, optimize resource utilization, and reduce redundant activities.Data Analysis: Utilize data-driven insights to identify inefficiencies and develop solutions to improve service levels while reducing costs.Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with internal teams (e.G., transport, warehousing, procurement, and finance) and external partners to foster collaboration and ensure successful implementation of CI initiatives
