Job Summary:Provides global support to the material and product groups by assisting in resolving various financial and inventory issues.
Focused on helping maintain product supply to the sales organization globally in support of their strategies and financial requirements.
Such activities may include the following as well as other duties as assigned:Principal Responsibilities:- Helps globally facilitate activities related to the purchase, handling, control, storage, packaging and delivery, of materials.- Manages and tracks all QAS and Excess inventory related issues- Provides support for the global material and product groups.- Helps facilitate various stages of procuring, processing, delivering, and pricing of inventory.- Interprets, analyzes, organizes, and formats data for dissemination to materials and sales personnel.- Provides liaison services between sales and program management for order status and problem resolution.Job Level Specifications:- Foundational knowledge of specialized job functions, industry practices and standards acquired via academic instruction and/or relevant work experience of substantially the same level.- Work is usually performed independently and requires the exercise of judgment and discretion.
