This position requires a deep understanding of both personnel management and accounting principles.Key Responsibilities:- Expatriate Onboarding and Offboarding: Facilitate the smooth transition of expatriate employees, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational requirements.- Payroll and Benefits Administration: Oversee the payroll process for expatriates, including managing tax implications, international banking, and ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.- Taxation and Compliance: Stay abreast of tax regulations in both home and host countries, and implement strategies to optimize tax liabilities for expatriate employees.- Financial Reporting: Generate reports on expatriate-related expenses, ensuring accurate recording, and liaising with the finance team for budgeting and forecasting purposes.- Cross-Cultural Training and Support: Provide guidance and resources to help expatriate employees adapt to their new environment, both culturally and professionally.- Expense Management: Monitor and control expenses related to expatriate assignments, ensuring alignment with budgetary constraints.- Policy Development and Implementation: Collaborate with HR and legal teams to develop and enforce policies related to expatriate personnel, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.RequirementsQualifications:1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.2. Proven experience in expatriate personnel administration and basic accounting.3. Strong knowledge of international tax laws and regulations.4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.5.
