At Factorial, we are looking for a CS Operations Specialist. You will be part of a diverse Operations Team and will be supporting the Customer Success team of 250+ people from 20+ countries.
The Role You will be mainly focused on the management and development of our tools to bring the most value from them to the Customer Success team.
Assist in the implementation and adoption of CS enablement tools and technologies.Maintain and improve CS enablement tools and technologies.Provide training and support to CS representatives on systems, processes, and best practices.Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of CS initiatives and recommend adjustments as needed.Analyze CS performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate key CS metrics and insights to stakeholders.Partner with the CS team to optimize processes and workflows.Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives, such as customer segmentation and scoring and upselling campaigns.Collaborate with finance, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment and consistency in business strategies and goals.CRM knowledge is mandatory (Hubspot is a plus).Organization and attention to detail is a must.Fluency in English.Ability to prioritize tasks and deliver to a high standard.Experience in creating complex reports, dashboards, and documenting processes.Perks of Being Part of Our Team We care about people and we also offer a lot of benefits for employees:
