Company Description**Job Description**:The Procurement Analyst role support the America's Procurement Team by providing analytical support, analysis, and leadership on Procurement related activities that have financial impact to the P&L. The role will require a detailed oriented individual with a strong sense of urgency, self motivated, resourceful, and able to work both independently and in a team environment.The Procurement Analyst will work with suppliers and RBIS sites across US, Mexico, Central and South Americas, as well as the Global Procurement Team and will require strong cross-functional skills, ability to articulate and drive prioritization of Procurement requirements, strong change management skills and ability to lead and drive projects to successful completion.Responsible for developing, maintaining collaborative relationships with each site, suppliers and outsource partners.Will develop a working knowledge and understanding of regional material spend, suppliers, products andCost out opportunities & cost out programs.Responsible for data collection and analysis of America's sites material expenditures to support Procurement strategy.Responsible for developing, implementing, managing and leading improvement projects specific to raw materials.Provide project support for implementation of strategic changes initiated or adopted by the Procurement Team.Support other Procurement Team functions as required.Support regional, site, GPD sourcing requests.Material price negotiations.Manage and qualify new suppliers and outsource partners including management of NDA.
