We're looking for people to help us change the lives of our employees, agents, and clients across the globe.**What you will do**:The primary focus of the Global People Manager will be to provide recommendations on new or improved processes to ensure operational excellence in all international HR matters, including hiring, onboarding, workforce planning, etc.**How you will make an impact**:- Owns HR and payroll service delivery for the CALA region, including Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Panama and Mexico, partnering with PEOs as needed.- Owns project management of PEO to in-house transitions for key countries as identified by leadership to ensure transitions are delivered on time and within budget- Owns PEO vendor relationships: drive resolution of issues, partner with vendors to identify and implement process and communication improvements.- Acts as backup to Global HR support staff (payroll approvals, day-to-day employee support)- Acts as backup to Director, Global People for business-critical processes (payroll review & approvals, escalation of employee issues, employee investigations, etc)**How you will grab our attention**:**Education**:- BA/BS in Human Resources or a related field or equivalent experience- SHRM-CP or PHR preferred- Bilingual or multilingual preferred**Experience**:- 5+ experience in working in human resources within a medium to large employer- 5+ years experience in international employment and benefits administration- 2-3 years experience establishing HR operations in new markets- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Suite- Ability to provide excellent customer service- Ability to develop and execute projects and drive process improvement independently- eXp Realty is an equal employment opportunity employer.
