.-Job description**Role purpose**- Execute gap analysis for value offer in GPB according to global standars and market analysis- Work with GPB Group, Region and Country stakeholders in WPB and other businesses in HSBC to grow our GPB franchise through customer growth, enhanced customer experience and deepened client relationships- Monitor execution rules for GPB proposition according to the global definitions (FIM)- Implement and track initiatives focused in enhance product and services portfolio offer to GPB customers and to negotiate better conditions in products and services for the customers.- Work with marketing and product owners to ensure campaigns are aligned to the GPB global definition value offer and materials are aligned to the customer segment.- Design and ensure approvals of MKT materials for GPB proposition (customer facing) according to the local regulation and GPB principles.- Provide training about GPB value proposition offer and developing of sales support materials for proposition- Participate in product & services design and development flows in new products and changes to the existing, as SME in GPB proposition.- Responsible for compliance with GPB Group standards and monitor execution of monitoring controls for eligibility criteria.**Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities**- Define and agreed product portfolio and services for GPB customers in collaboration with product owners and aligned business strategy- Participate in GPB proposition strategy definitions and implementation as SME**Client Focus / Stakeholders**- NPS metrics- Define and agreed with relevant stakeholders, continuous improvements to provide better services to GPB customers- Product and services portfolio aligned with customer needs and business strategy**Leadership & Teamwork**- Manage teams out of the leadership scope to align priorities and influence people to implement improvements for GPB customers- Attract, develop, and motivate different business areas to have a common objectiveRequirements- Verifiable written and conversational English- Excellent analytical capacity and management of intermediate Excel (macros, dynamic tables) as well as Office packages including Power Point.- Creative vision for the coordination and execution of projects within the business with local, regional and global teams, as well as stakeholder management and prioritization of activities.- Negotiation capacity since in the function he has to interact a lot with 2LoD and risk stewarts looking for improvements in processes and better times for the benefit of the business and the client.- Desirable experience in the design of high-level and detailed process flows.- Vision of transformation, proactivity and problem solving, as well as not being afraid to take ownership of the issues.- That he really wants to look for improvements and execute them
