**The **_Global Procurement Coordinator _**will lead MRO Logistic Materials & Pallets Latam agenda to design, execute and implement the sourcing strategies.This role will have the opportunity to actively lead the development and execution of tactics to drive quality, cost and service improvements.
Will also be key agent to identify synergies and best practices to harmonize and leverage along LATAM to deliver GP targets as productivity, cash flow and sustainability.Qualifications:**What will you be doing?
**This position is responsible of MAKE - MRO Terciary Packaging & other subcategories Procurement process for LATAM sector including Pallets, films, EPPs, Logistics, among others, managing a total spend of 36MM USD(aprox).
This position will have to deliver results to the company in terms of Productivity, Cash Flow, Contract Execution, Category Strategy, Negotiation Strategy, Compliance, CAPEX and OPEX execution.
It is also expected to challenge our vendors to turn to more Sustainable practices and products, to be aligned with PEP+ objectives, and to introduce innovation and transformation to the categories owned.- Develop and deliver the strategic procurement plan and delivery through proficient knowledge of the Sourcing Strategy (8 steps) with key focus to the categories owned- Accountable for sourcing defined Categories collaboratively aligning with stakeholders at early stage of the 8 Step process, providing analysis, sourcing, negotiating, contract and supplier management to ensure productivity benefits.- Strong Negotiation skills- Ensuring monthly calculation and reporting of productivity.- Strong level of maturity and stakeholder communications skills required within the business.
It is required to deliver strategic support to bring significant change in the categories.- Work with suppliers to identify the best procurement tactics across the region.- Ensure Procurement Internal controls, Risk Management, and supplier relationship and contracts comply
