This workstream aims to transform the Customer Mastering Process to a best-in-class process with simplified and holistic customer identification through E2E customer journey.This role is responsible for strategically engaging in and leading global transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with cross-functional teams. The Global Process Transformation Lead is responsible for overseeing process design and capability development efforts, conducting complex analysis, and managing change for seamless execution. The role analyzes the business to proactively identify errors, root causes or areas of improvement, thereby driving process enhancement efforts and business performance.Key ResponsibilitiesLeads complex process analysis efforts, identifies root causes and areas for improvement and innovation, develops strategies and recommendations to drive transformation.Oversees capability assessments including automation to identify gaps and opportunities for development ensuring alignment of efforts with Lead to Cash strategic priorities.Leads data collection and analysis to measure process and capability performance and uses insights to guide decision-making.Leads and develops communication and training plans for set initiatives.Develops and executes change management strategies to ensure successful process improvements and capability enhancements.Oversees quality assurance efforts to ensure products or services consistently meet or exceed quality standards and customer expectations.Identifies and assesses potential risks associated with process changes, capability development, and strategic initiatives and implements mitigation strategies.Works across regions/geographies and WW teams to develop and/or implement new/enhanced solutions or programs and associated processes.Education & Experience RecommendedFour-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.Typically has 8-10 years of job-related experience, preferably in business operations, business process improvement, change management, or a related field
