Energy includes: electricity, natural/propane gas, and renewable energy projects. The Buyer will be supported by the COE Latam strategy to act as a change agent and transform the category into a regional strategic function. This includes identifying white space categories and establishing processes and policies to improve the delivery of business objectives.
This role will be able to execute projects to achieve regional productivity and sustainability targets. All subcategories (electricity, natural/propane gas, and renewable energy projects) are classified on Indirects scope as Other Indirects spend.
Your Impact As Global Proc Ind Sr Supervisor your responsibilities would consist of:
Accountable for delivering Mexico's AOP in alignment with procurement category responsibilities.Responsible for spend mapping, local stakeholder management, and local vendor management. Capable of enabling a competitive vendor list to drive PepsiCo's productivity through efficiency, technology, and Inno-solutions in the short to mid-term.Accountable for developing a local 12-month strategy in accordance with Latam COE´s 3-yrs plan. Responsible for implementing the sourcing strategy for the sector and contributing to the development of the sourcing strategy (applying the 8-step methodology).Accountable for understanding key cost drivers within local industries, staying informed and consulted about trends and best practices, and aiding in the development of long-term pricing mechanisms and potential joint-business assessment.Contribute to create a sustainably inflation mitigation mechanism to ensure Net Zero Opex Inflation.Support the Procurement Indirects Transformation.Lead strengthening governance process (improving visibility on sourcing projects, prioritization, clarity on roles and responsibilities, budgeting, and benefits tracking). Qualifications Who Are We Looking For?
