In this role you will be responsible for implementing the future strategy and direction of project controlling framework, located in India, Poland and Mexico designed by Division CFO. You will coordinate PAEN processes execution strategy align with BA & Group policies in place & effective communication from Internal control perspectives across PAEN.Location: India, Poland, Mexico [Preferred], Global [Flexible]
Your responsibilitiesThis role will take responsibilities to support project controlling in PAEN (check the project KPIâ€s like GM%, absorption, cashflow, risk & opportunities, project life cycle value etc )Developing & managing the team of projects financial Analysts with the COE.Collaborate with the project council members at Global Level for implementing project finance management framework & development program.Training & Certification for the project controlling fraternity on various aspects of projects like Internal control, NWC, Cash Flow Management, Project Cash flow, Tools and processes like SAP / PR+ etc, align with CFIN.Develop relevant dashboards & KPIâ€s for projects to ensure adequate compliance and reporting structure to senior managers in the organization.Based on dashboards & KPIâ€s Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for improvement in process.Identify potential risks and issues that could impact project internal controls,Establish a standardized process for managing project controlling across varied projects (with different value threshold/risk level) and across different countries. Continuously assess and enhance project controlling processes and tools to streamline and standardize financial management practicesYour backgroundBachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (masterâ€s degree or CA/CWA/CMA preferred).10 – 12 years of experience in Project Finance, Controlling and accounting incl. leadership experience of leading teams.Experience in financial project control, with a track record of successfully managing projects.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and forecasting.Ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced global environment and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.More about usABB Energy Industries is enabling safe, smart and sustainable projects and operations for businesses across the oil, gas, chemicals, life sciences, power generation and water sectors.
