No matter who you are, where you're from, or who you love, you can always influence the people around you and make a positive impact in the world.Your ImpactAs Global Project Manager O2C your scope would consist of:Functional Responsibilities:Deliver detailed project plan for the O2C capability resulting in stand up of this new global capability for GBS.Ensure delivery of the global business case ($22MM ++) by designing, staffing, and transitioning sectors and functions to new structure plus unlocking other cost and service benefits, improving service, revenue and PEP+.Will lead and coordinate global design for 6 sectors ensuring design deliverables are achieved and stage gates cleared.Partner with consultants on design ensuring project deliverables and requirements are achieved according to SOW.Support definition and implementation of global digital solutions in support of O2C zero touch efforts.Establishes transition plan and timeline in partnership with the transition offices for the appropriate hubs.Works closely with TA and HR on hiring and interviewing.Ensures effective KC/KT/due diligence achieved for all roles.Lead weekly governance meetings and period Steering Council presentations ensuring stakeholder alignment.Resolves issues proactively and raises critical issues.Monitors IT solution development and implementation.Actively engages as part of the Global Change and Comms plans related to the project.Reports out to senior leadership as needed sharing critical KPIs and performance.Establishes SLAs/OLAs and ways of working for the new function and teams.Proactively identifies gaps, risks, obstacles and potential alternatives to solve and ensure project stays on track.Work cross functionally with Finance, HR, R&D, GP, SC, and IT to achieve best solutions/outcomes.QualificationsWho Are We Looking For?EducationBachelor's Degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, business, operations.ExperienceMinimum 5 years in supply chain with specific focus on project management and O2C.English Fluency both written and verbal required; Exceptional communication skills across global businesses (additional languages a plus).Proficient with Process Improvement methodologies and supply chain excellence (Lean Six Sigma Belt/ Agile/ APICS)
