This role will coordinate fit gap designs, transition, and IT projects and will closely partner with Change & comms to deliver effective and engaging strategy for the project. He/she will keep all leadership informed and up to date through governance, tracking, and presentation of project status and next steps until the capability is live in hub (target end 2025). This role requires specialized knowledge of the Order to Cash / Sales order Management capability to best support design and transition efforts. The role also require significant cross functional capabilities to work with Finance, GP, SC, IT, R&D, HR and horizontal S&T Eco-system teams.**Your Impact**As Global Project Manager O2C your scope would consist ofFunctional Responsibilities:- Deliver detailed project plan for the O2C capability resulting in stand up of this new global capability for GBS- Ensure delivery of the global business case ($22MM ++) by designing, staffing, and transitioning sectors and functions to new structure plus unlocking other cost and service benefits, improving service, revenue and PEP+- Will lead and coordinate global design for 6 sectors ensuring design deliverables are achieved and stage gates cleared- Partner with consultants on design ensuring project deliverables and requirements are achieved according to SOW- Support definition and implementation of global digital solutions in support of O2C zero touch efforts- Establishes transition plan and timeline in partnership with the transition offices for the appropriate hubs- Works closely with TA and HR on hiring and interviewing
