**WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING**:
This role will focus on:
- Work with each Avery Dennison Smartrac global site's QC team by solving the American region's customer escalation quality issues with clear articulation to executives.
Drive timely deliverables to address all quality issues by interacting and conducting thorough root-cause analysis, corrective/preventive actions, and/or countermeasures alongside production, local QC personnel, and all necessary functions.
- Identify customer industry quality requirements for related functional stakeholders in driving business project success to build credibility with the customer.
- Drive Functional stakeholders to improve customer satisfaction with the quality and agility of solutions responses.
- Devise and implement world-class quality knowledge and practice (e.g.,8D, Pareto Analysis, Histograms, Cause & Effect Diagrams, PFMEA / QCP, SPC / Cpk, etc.)
leveraging on other key functional teams.
- Organize regular reviews with regional inlay manufacturing sites to understand performance metrics and best practices sharing.
Ensure end-to-end quality in the RFID manufacturing process through monitoring and auditing of production facilities.
- Coordinate the efficient flow of product specifications and quality control plans with key business function teams such as R&D, Platform, Operations, and Product Line Management.
- Knowledge of Quality standards and test procedures as necessary to comply with Quality system requirements (i.e.
ISO9001, ISO 14001, ISO45001, ISO13845, IATF, etc).
- Other tasks assigned by the Global Quality leader.
**Qualifications**:
**WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BRING TO THE TEAM**:
**Avery Dennison has a long history of being a market leader.

It should include the following**:
- At least 8+ years of related quality engineering management experience required
- Strong knowledge and acumen in RFID technology (ARC experience) is preferred
- Medical / Pharmaceutical (ISO13845 lead auditor certification) experience is highly preferred.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical, mathematical, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to interface with cross-functional groups to define and execute overall requirements
- Ability to work well across global boundaries with all levels of management, employees, and willingness to work on a "global clock".
- Willingness to travel up to 50% or greater where required.
- Excellent communication (oral/written) and interpersonal skills with the ability to convey information clearly, and able to deliver ideas in a tactful and confident manner to both internal and external contacts.
- Ability to prioritize and meet expectations in a fast-paced environment; 'can-do' attitude..
- Excellent problem-solving and Quality tools / six-sigma experience with strong lead audit experience.
- Experience working with Google Suite, and Google workplace is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree required with a preferred major in semiconductors, automation, mechanical, or electronics Engineering.
- Fluent in multiple languages like English, Spanish, Portugal, and Chinese preferred.
