Your role includes overseeing communication and driving change. You will handle multiple projects of varying complexity to meet the department's goals and objectives. Part of your duties is to ensure that programs are well-designed and monitored to predict results and outcomes accurately. Additionally, you will evaluate program progress by analyzing root causes, identifying risks, assessing resources, examining interdependencies, and spotting gaps, while collaborating with relevant stakeholders to develop the best solutions.Responsibilities:Leading or supporting cross-functional projects, collaborating with colleagues and managers within GQ as well as partner organizations at Micron.Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders by understanding and meeting their needs and expectations consistently.Ensuring that projects progress in line with GQ's strategic goals.Providing regular and accurate updates on project status to supervisors, leadership teams, and project teams.Requirements:A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Microelectronics, or Mechanical Engineering is required.Business Administration/Management, PMP certified (desired).Location:Guadalajara, MexicoSkills and Experience:We are seeking a diligent and highly motivated team member with over 6 years of experience as a Program Manager.A growth mindset and project management skills are crucial for this role.Candidates should have professional experience in the Semiconductor Industry, particularly in Fab, Assembly and Test processes, or with NAND, DRAM, SSD, or Module products.Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, along with effective oral and written communication skills, are required.Having hands-on experience with Tableau or comparable tools for data reporting, management, and visualization is beneficial.Additional Information:Micron is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applications from all qualified candidates.
