**This is the primary role to ensure data integrity for the real estate properties repository and to maintain this information as the source of truth for the Baker Hughes properties portfolio.
This role enables the information flow that aligns to several parallel systems and provides valuable information for product companies, emissions, security, Workday, insurance, lease accounting, and headquarters functions.
**Partner with the best**This role is responsible for providing data analytics and managing the Baker Hughes global lease administration system which is the primary source for all real estate property records for product companies and regions.
To ensure the data management aspects are completed timely, accurately, and compliantly supporting the information requirements across all relevant functions.
Provide business reports and analytics regarding Global Real Estate (GRE) operational needs in addition to supporting partnering functions, stakeholders, and external real estate services.As a Global Real Estate Data Analytics Lead, you will be responsible for:- Leading all activities associated with the global real estate lease administration system as the primary source for all Baker Hughes property records- Managing, updating and developing a global contract property database to ensure integrated transaction management outcomes and to meet evolving needs of the product companies and regions- Driving the data management activities with Global Real Estate to address any existing information gaps associated with property records and to achieve accuracy, completeness, and timeliness- Assisting the Global Transaction closure process linking to final records for respective properties- Providing process governance to the global lease administration process for efficient execution and process adherence- Generating property information that supports controllership, lease accounting, and human resource core processes- Coordinating interactions and information flow to third party lease administration services that support Baker Hughes property record keeping- Pulsing the relevant functions involved in the transaction record process to ensure associated tasks are completed timely- Providing planning support and data analytics on the business portfolio to promote favorable financial cost actions- Maintaining process compliance to ensure all required information and steps are accurate and complete**Fuel your passion**To be successful in this role you will:- Have a Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline, from an accredited university.- Have a minimum of 5 - 7 years of experience in data analytics.- Be instrumental in information alignment
