This individual is responsible for managing and organizing all administrative tasks related to recruitment, as well as coordinating pre-onboarding requirements and serving as the main point of communication between Recruitment and HR.**Primary Responsibilities**:- Greenhouse Maintenance- Support the recruitment team in all aspects of recruitment back office tasks- Creating the Interview Plan in Greenhouse (ATS):- Creating job post- Setting up stage scorecards (attributes and interview questions)- Identify stages- Identify the hiring team (recruiters & hiring managers)- Responsible for document follow-up and hiring process closure- Offer Letter:- Admin will create the job opening in BambooHR's ATS with an offer letter template- Send pre-onboarding requirements on behalf of recruiters.- HR team hiring communication and follow-up- Background Checks (if applicable)- Processes required documents and ensures accurate record-keeping.- Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.- Submits online investigation requests.- Assists or prepares correspondence as requested.- Performs other related duties as assigned.- Other tasks as assigned.**Qualifications**:- Recruitment Experience- Ability to communicate effectively in English both orally and in writing- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite- Organizing, planning, and time management skills- Problem analysis and problem-solving skills- Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks
