**Description**:
Workplace Options is seeking a **Global Recruitment Specialist** to join our team.
This position will be based on our Monterrey, Mexico office.
This role researches and enrolls qualified mental health professionals into WPO's network of counselors.
The Global Recruitment Specialist will utilize online databases to recruit providers based upon global service priorities.
**Responsibilities**:

- Recruit community-based providers throughout South America, that offer clinical counseling in Employee Assistance, Managed Behavioral Health, Substance Abuse, Trauma, Training, Geriatric Care Management, and Wellness Coaching.
- Recruit providers for specific in country networks based upon global services priorities and gap locations.
Recruitment area includes all locations where WPO has covered lives, currently 171 countries.
- Follow the WPO guidelines for credentialing providers adapted to specific locations across the globe.
- Respond to provider inquiries within the specified turnaround times.
- Maintain accurate and up to date electronic provider records.
- Complete all tasks in a timely manner and in accordance with the production and quality guidelines set by management
- Respond to special requests from clinical team for routine and ad hoc cases in accordance with WPO turnaround time requirements.
- Adhere to all data privacy and security requirements globally.
(HIPAA, Safe Harbor, PIPEDA regulations)

**Requirements**:

- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Sales experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Well-honored research skills
- can perform web research creatively, quickly, and efficiently.
