Job DescriptionThe company, a leading Canadian sports equipment manufacturer with two plants in Canada, is expanding with its first operation in Mexico, located in Apodaca, Nuevo León. We are looking for a:
Global Senior IT Business Analyst Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, BTM, Accounting, or related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CBAP, CCBA) are a plus.5-10 years of experience in business analysis, preferably within the IT sector.Advanced English.Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum).Familiarity with business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA).Ability to lead end-to-end business IT solution projects, strategic and operational.Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Epicor) and related technologies, with knowledge of ERP modules and business processes relevant to functional areas (e.g., finance, customer service, supply chain).Key Accountabilities: Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather detailed business requirements.Document functional and non-functional requirements.Analyze and prioritize requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Collaborate with IT, business teams, and third-party vendors to design effective solutions.Facilitate design sessions with development teams to ensure clear understanding.Lead or assist in the development of project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.Develop test plans and test cases to validate system functionality.Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback for improvement.Ensure all solutions meet quality standards and business requirements.Create comprehensive documentation, including user manuals, process guides, and training materials.Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure smooth adoption of new systems.Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for implemented solutions.Coordinate incident response, diagnose, and resolve issues.Skills#Epicor, #Agile, #Scrum, #JIRA, #InglésAvanzado, #VISA, #CBAP, #CCBA, #CPA
