Workforce Solutions is a $4B plus annual business and has high growth potential and expectations.**As a Senior Finance Analyst - Managed Service you will**:**Managed Services**: Lead the financial and commercial aspects of multi-year, multi-million-dollar Workforce Solutions deals, ensuring they meet profit objectives and comply with agreed-upon financial terms and conditions.**Strategic Focus**: Emphasize revenue maximization, cost reduction, margin improvement, and financial/commercial risk mitigation through cross-functional leadership and coordination with Workforce Solutions pursuit teams, Opportunity Consultants, Client Managers, Delivery leads, and Market Business & Finance teams.**Daily Activities**: Engage in P&L forecasting, deal reviews, margin improvement reviews, upsell & cross sell opportunities, monitoring of TCV to Revenue conversion and transparent information flow to decision-makers to ensure appropriate actions can be taken.**Financial Acumen**: Sharpen commercial, business, and financial acumen skills in a complex, high-paced, and ever-changing services/contractual business environment.**Contract Management**: Work with Global Service and Solutions leads to identify areas for profit improvement at an account and cost level**Collaboration**: Interface with Service Delivery Managers, Workforce Solutions Global Business Unit, Market Finance teams, Market Business Management, Customer Services, FAMs and Customer Operations teams.You will not be bored and will interact with senior leadership on a regular basis to reinforce the partnership and be an influencer of the direction the business is going.If you are a self-starter seeking a highly rewarding role where you can contribute to the financial success of a global technology leader, we invite you to join our team.**_ Education and Experience Required: _**- First level university degree with a focus in business or economics; advanced degree or accounting certification (e.G., CPA, MBA) strongly preferred
