.Global Service Delivery and Transition LeadAs the Global Service Delivery (GSD) and Transition Operations Lead for our Mobile Device & Digital Risks (MDDR) and Easy Living (EL) line of businesses here at Allianz Partners, you will report directly to the Global Head of Service Delivery Operations. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure seamless global service delivery and efficient transition processes for all platform operations of MDDR & EL line of business at every global competence center (Global Service Delivery centers). This strategic role will require strong leadership, collaboration, and the ability to accelerate offshoring for MDDR & EL Operations while ensuring optimization of processes/cost, customer satisfaction, successful transitions/knowledge transfer, and ultimately contribute to the growth and success of the Global Service Delivery organization.This role is focused on driving effectiveness and efficiency of the operational processes across all GSDs, centralizing all the activities within the MDDR & EL Line of Business.What you doManage end-to-end service delivery for MDDR & EL operations, meeting or exceeding service level agreements.This role focuses on overseeing and optimizing processes, rather than managing personnel.Implement and monitor service level agreements to meet or exceed Business Partners' expectations.Establish cross-global competency centers operating rhythm to track operational performance and address escalations proactively.Oversee transition planning and execution for new projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and smooth knowledge transfer.Ensure to follow our transitions toolkit and RACI model (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed) for clarity and responsibilities within our organization.Lead the planning and execution of transition for new projects and ensure adherence to toll gate timelines while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth knowledge transfer and onboarding of new processes.Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance quality and effectiveness.Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and act as the primary point of contact for MDDR & EL discussions and escalations.Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with service delivery and transitions.What you bringUniversity Degree; fluency in English, additional European language proficiency a plus.Significant years of experience in service delivery and transition management, preferably in the insurance industry.Strong project management skills, proven track record of managing global teams and delivering high-quality services.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Analytical mindset with the ability to drive data-driven decisions.Certification in Project Management and experience in MDDR & EL insurance or related financial services preferred
