We connect customers and consumers to our iconic products and create innovative experiences that bring people together to celebrate life.**Global Service Introduction Sr. Lead- PL Owner**Reporting to the Global Director of Service Introduction within D&T RUN - Operational Excellence, as the Regional Service Introduction Manager you will support the RUN strategy for global SI within Diageo. Responsibilities include SIL team portfolio oversight, Customer management, SI tower resourcing, SI process governance, SI dashboard tracking & reporting, standardizing internal processes and continuous process improvements.Will be responsible for ensuring the safe delivery of new technology change, ensuring transition processes are implemented effectively within your assigned region across Diageo's global infrastructure, including 3rd party and client hosted services, to enable the successful delivery of stable, secure and reliable D&T (Digital and Technology) services to the Business.You will work alongside global and regional D&T Business Partners, Project Portfolio Owners, Project Managers, system specialists and service professionals.The Regional SIM will provide supervision support to assigned service introduction leads & SI Contractors within the region to ensure successful handover from Project to Production Support and Operational teams.Successful BAU handover includes requirement gathering, arranging design approval, ITCG approvals, compiling risk assessments, gap analysis of support processes, business planning & training activities, knowledge transfer, warranty management, Service Introduction Plan documentation & approval, and implementing right fit BAU support models and communication processes for the business.**Responsibilities**:- 100% Ownership of assigned Global Product Line Portfolio- SI Demand - Requirements Assessment and alignment with Customers- Remove regional SI obstacles ensuring support is aligned with plan (Time and Budget)- SIL Prioritization, Assignment and Oversight- Provide focused, business-minded service introduction management support for High/Med complexity projects.- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and standards are proven - sought at improving efficiency and minimizing costs related to new project launch- Delivers and handles D&T SI Service Transition policy, process and standards, for assigned Projects completing plans, procedures, reports and governance
