Global Sourcing Manager

Global Sourcing Manager- Job Description- Provide advanced sourcing services for global LCM's as required, such as identifying, qualifying, and onboarding new suppliers using SBD's process.- Work closely with the Advanced Sourcing Engineers (ASE) in supporting new product introduction (NPI).- Lead and manage the supplier relationships as the local representative for the global LCM's.- Participate and support global and regional sourcing events through the Stage Gate process to achieve optimal total cost of ownership (TCO) that include but not limited to cost, quality, freight and payment terms.- Supports the LCM's by executing the category strategies that they create.
All strategies must be approved by LCM prior to implementation.- Work closely with the LCM on the development, implementation and execution of supply agreements as required.- Lead the resolution of any commercial matters with suppliers, which may include quality, delivery or market fluctuations- Execute the productivity projects generated by the LCM's- Monitors market trends and communicate the information to applicable LCM's to help with advanced decision making- Ensures all purchasing activities in accordance with current company policies and procedures- Provide SBD the best sourcing practices for products in the designated region.- LocationDo not have a specific city, it could be in Monterrey or Queretaro-Leon area.
