As the Supply Chain Sr. Manager for TE's you will lead and deploy the S&OE process globally and enable a strong integration of planning with execution. S/he will be responsible for managing the End to End downstream supply chain processes securing the supply for the business needs.
- A typical day for a Supply Chain Sr. Manager may include:
- Lead and inspire a global team by providing coaching, guidance, and support.
- Collaborate with internal & external stakeholder to achieve planning accuracy and enable profitable growth.
- Develop and execute a sound and optimal supply chain strategy (including internal and external capacity)
- Monitoring and improving the supply plan using analytical, statistical, and smart tools.
- Accountable for orders scheduling, backlog, past due and rescheduling processes
- Accountable for an optimal inventory strategy
- Accountable for business distribution and logistics (warehouse, transportation, drop shipments)
- Participate in the S&OP process leading the supply planning.
- Understand how sales trends and shipment patterns will affect supply and integrate into planning parameters.
- Communicate and manage abnormal or constraint events from internal capacity and supplier side thru the S&OP process to pass onto business financial projection.
- Deploy analytical tools and business processes to drive supplier forecast accuracy and bias metric improvements.
- Monitor, measure and improve supply commit plan attainment which includes SWOT analysis and detail actions with owners.
- Responsible for service, inventory, and related supply chain costs.

- Proficiency in Excel, tableau, or related BI digital tools
- Knowledge and business acumen of Global supply chain logistics and planning and how it affects business P&L.
- Experience in SAP MRP systems. IBP demand and supply is a plus.
- Experience working on complex problems and systems that require out of the box solutions.
- Experience in different manufacturing environments (specifically Low volume, High mix and configure/engineered to order)
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, engineering or equivalent. MBA is a plus.
- APICS or SIOE-P certifications.
- Advance Planning for New Product Introduction experience
- 10+ plus years of experience in Supply Chain, logistics and S&OE Planning.

- SAP and related digital planning tools deployments
- Lean manufacturing concepts / certification
- Project management certification
