About Our Team The Global Testing Engineering Team is focused on Lenovo Server, Storage, HPC products, and E2E test process development and provides global manufacturing site support. When a new project kicks off, our team will be involved and discuss with the development team new product features and how to support manufacturing perspective. We design product test codes and processes based on product specifications and release test solutions to global manufacturing sites. We regularly communicate with global manufacturing site engineers to improve test efficiency and optimize the test process. We have more than three main manufacturing sites in China, Mexico, and Hungary. In the USA and Brazil, we also have two factories to support local businesses. What You'll Do Lead manufacturing test engineering process development for the ISG portfolio including supply chain execution and new product introduction.Develop water cooling test codes and high-performance computing manufacturing test processes.Analyze ISG manufacturing Redmine data and interrupt rates, driving function teams to provide preventative actions.Engage in ISG NPI early manufacturing involvement, NUDD identification, and test plan development.Ensure products are designed to minimize manufacturing costs while aligning with process capabilities without compromising quality.Maintain sustaining products and develop new RMK features.Develop global manufacturing test processes/roadmaps, standardization, and continuous improvement & optimization.Provide onsite technical support for manufacturing site execution/EOQ.Position Requirements: Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, technology, or a related area.Minimum of 5 years of product test development experience, preferably in PC/Server/Storage.Strong understanding of manufacturing test environments and processes.Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence design team decisions.Expertise in programming automation and data collection/analysis.Demonstrated experience in solving complex technical problems with minimal assistance.Knowledge of server system hardware & software, software programming skills (Python), manufacturing test knowledge, Ramdisk building skills based on Linux Kernel, and network infrastructure knowledge including InfiniBand and Ethernet high-speed networks.Parallel computing knowledge.Preferred Qualifications: Thorough understanding of manufacturing test processes, especially for servers, storage, and notebooks.Positive attitude and strong ownership.Experience with water cooling and network switch technology.If you require an accommodation to complete this application, please contact ******.
