So whatever your role, if you share our passion for helping others, you'll be working towards creating a better and fairer future for all.**You are responsible for**- Responsible for managing commodity requirements across unit and/or Product Lines or Services with an understanding of product life cycles.- Responsible for leading a multi-functional team (e.G. supplier quality, CE-T's and strategic buyers).- Responsible for first time supplier evaluation and review for the assigned scope- Responsible for sourcing process for suppliers (scouting and procurement part in making or buy process)- Responsible for following the supplier sourcing process for the assigned scope- Responsible for developing local /regional/global commodity strategic and sourcing plans with a short to medium term 1-3 year sightline.- Responsible for stakeholder management (CEO/CFO and other functional executives) in the assigned organizational scope.- Discover new leverage opportunities in the assigned portfolio.- Responsible for implementation and working instructions and guidelines for users on how to deploy contracts.- Ensures that all Procurement related risks are controlled and mitigated.- Responsible for supplier and stakeholder relationships at the assigned supply base.- Set saving plans for the assigned (sub) commodity.- Defines and executes project/ contract roll-outs in coordination with demand side detailed plans.- Establish, develop and maintain the supply base.- Manages a (small) team of Strategic Buyers with a local / regional / global focus**You are a part of**A leading health technology company with a multinational workforce of approximately 77,000 employees and globally present with sales and services in more than 100 countries worldwide
