If you're ready to bring the best, come join the Human Resources team as a Talent Management Specialist.
You will provide executional and advisory support to the Regional COE and Functional HRDs to enable effective Talent Management Processes (Talent Review, Culture, Succession planning and Performance Management).
This hybrid role is located in Querétaro with the expectation to be in the office 3 days per week / 2 days at home office – subject to change.
Based on your performance, you'll have the opportunity to grow in your role.

A Taste of What You'll Be Doing   Recommend Talent Tool Usage: Provide guidance to the Regional COE and Global HRDs on utilizing organizational talent tools based on practical implementation.
Align Culture and Talent Management: Integrate regional and global experiences to synchronize culture, talent, and performance management approaches, processes, and tools.
Generate and Analyze Reports: Pull ad-hoc reports to offer relevant metrics and high-level analytics on managing talent, culture, and performance, such as succession bench strength.
Collaborate for Effective Talent Processes: Work with GBS teams, COE, and HRDs to deliver talent processes efficiently at regional and functional levels.
Standardize and Coach: Contribute to the standardization and simplification of talent processes, provide coaching on implementing these processes and tools, and support change management for transformational projects.
We're Looking for Someone With   Bachelor in Organizational Psychology, Management or similar.
Excel proficiency.
Analytics and Intellectual curiosity – Capable of reading and cross data to provide insights.
Strong communication skills (spoken and written) in English and Spanish.
5-7 years of experience in organizational development and/or HR business facing roles.
Customer oriented and collaboration skills.
Problem solving skills: Able to work autonomously.
Experience implementing culture, talent and performance management processes and methodologies.
Leadership skills: Ability to influence, align, and coordinate stakeholders from different levels in hierarchy.
