to ensure programs are executed to plans- Participating in NPI program reviews- Ensuring all programs and project teams adhere to the Flex Product Life Cycle Process (FPLC) process- Being responsive to customer requests and ensuring high Customer Satisfaction- Ensuring effective and timely corrective action for any performance and customer service-related issuesThe experience we're looking to add to our team:- Extensive proven track record in Program/ Operational Management or leadership role- Engineering Bachelors degree- Experience with managing automation and I4.0 projects- Previous experience working within Manufacturing supporting NPI.
