And if that's you, we would love to have you join us!Position Summary: The Global Trade Management COE Specialist will lead the initiatives and data analysis to further strengthen our trade compliance processes, drive standardization and financial performance, provide governance and guidance while reducing risk. Given the scope of this program, we are looking for a Trade specialist who will help us drive the following:Lead scheduled meetings to promote collaboration (including finance, Trade Management, Classification, Global Trade, Engineering services, sourcing, manufacturing, materials, process excellence)Implement trade compliance procedures by providing communications and guidance to internal and external customers regarding export and import activitiesOngoing compliance training leader providing oversight, escalation, and leadership to educate others in trade complianceResponsible for implementation of best practices globally to support standardizationHelp with broker standardization, implementation of Indicators, tracking of issues logs and driving improvementsLead continuous improvement & productivity programs; implement changes required by regulatory updatesSupport documenting Compliance Policies, Procedures and ManualsAdvise and inform other teams for special programs.Provide support in connection with SAP and external system integrations.Make formal presentations in meetings, respond to questions from leadership, employees, customers and vendors related to export/import compliance.Provide support in connection with internal/external audits and investigations.Establish compliance assessment audits, help with investigations and help implement corrective actionsImproving Global Customs compliance. Implement process efficiencies while promoting consistency across teams and focusing on regulatory compliance. Develop and provide training to employees and guidance/interpretation of the regulations. Will oversee and guide export and import compliance matters while working with employees at all levels and will work both independently and with other members of the organization on a variety of international trade compliance matters while determining their export/import needs and developing appropriate strategies to meet our requirements
