We are looking for talent with solid experience innegotiation, management and development of commercial relationships with themanagement levels of Chinese clients (Companies, Corporates, Multinationals).
Preferably have education and professional experiencedirectly in China. The experience and knowledge in the development of thecommercial-financial relationship and the negotiation culture with Clients whohave HQ in China.
Education:
It is necessary to have studies at a bachelor's level,related to administration, economics, business or finance.
Ideally: master's level studies, related to business orfinance.
Languages:
Chinese language proficiency (native level – It is an essential requirement)
English and/or Spanish.
Required experience: Ideally 3 to 5 years of experience in the banking industry,or in financial fields (treasury, investments, purchasing, businessdevelopment, Commercial Alliances, financial control, accounting or similar). Experience in negotiating agreements, identifyingfinancial-economic needs, and covering these with banking products andservices. Living experience in China is required, you must have livedat least 10 years in China.
Skills: Negotiation, attention to the needs of business and/orcorporate clients, Executive Commercial Presentations. Teamwork, Internal management. Ideally, knowledge of financial analysis, credit analysis,customer portfolio management, banking financial products and services. About the Area

About the Position Purpuse ofthe position:
• Assistthe TB Branch Manager in defining the business strategy with certain clients,specifically Chinese costumer base.
Main Activities
• Managinga portfolio of global clients
•Represent BBVA with domestic and multinationals customer companies, assumingthe banker role with subsidiaries of MNCs not covered by global Bankers
• Identifyand generate new business opportunities with existing clients and expand thegeographic reach of the customer's relationships.
• Visitand call on clients proactively, generally accompanied by product specialists,offering transactional products that could improve their day-to-dayactivity.
• Draftpitches and review legal documentation of agreements in collaboration withLegal CIB
•Negotiate deals, renew credit lines and help the Bankers to renew financialprogrammes. Evaluate and asses current and potential returns and make pricingdecisions in collaboration with the Pricing Specialist
• Manageaccount overdrafts, notifying the overrun to the affected customers andoffering them different facilities to regularise debit positions
• Liaiseand work alongside with other CIB front units in order to increasecross-selling and CIB support units for the deal execution
•Undertake an annual review of customer product and services' price list incollaborating with the Middle Office
•Understand the creditworthiness of each client, register the proposal in therisk management tool and participate in different committees in order to defendcredit proposals and get Risks' approval.
• Monitorand check, in coordination with global and local product specialists, how thetransaction services and products set up for a specific customer works.
•Supervise and support the Middle Office with incidences that may occur
• Use theClient Relationship Management systems timely and accurately for pipeline andprofitability reporting.
