If so, lets talk.**Your Role and Responsibilities**The Global Loaners & Trials Americas associate will be responsible for working with the Opportunity Owners (OO) from the IBM Brands (i.E. Power, Storage, Cloud & Cognitive), facilitating the loans of Brand owned assets to commercial clients. These responsibilities include: Identifying the desired assets in our inventory; coordinating the execution of a contract with that clients; coordinating the shipmant of that asset; tracking the status of all loans that they are responsible for; Working with the OO on asset disposition; coordinating contract extensions and /or the return of assets. Very strong english communications are a requirement (written & verbal). The ability to multi task since the associate will be working on multiple loans requests at the same time that are in various stages of completion/return. Pro-active follow-up with our Opportunity Owners to ensure that all business controls are followed and that GLT is always 'audit ready'.**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**- Excellent communication skills, (English), both verbal and written.
