As GO! Graduate Marketing you will develop skills and knowledge in selected Marketing areas, in order to take on an entry level role within the relevant Marketing area. Examples of relevant areas within Marketing could be e.G Brand & Product Management, E-commerce & E-business, Customer/trade and Category Management, Market Research, Insights and Data analysis. Your tasks will comprise of:- Develop knowledge of the organization's products and/or services and customers by working closely with more experienced managers within the Marketing field- Execute specific Marketing activities as outlined in development plan by the relevant organizational unit (Could vary depending on what area of Marketing organization the role is within)- Examples of assignments could be:- Develop marketing plans and communication plans on a global or local level- Contribute to projects and initiatives that facilitate E-Commerce specific activities, e.G. in the areas of assortment, promotions, search, media, content- Support to extract and analyze data (sales, marketing, digital shelf, social media) to drive our E-Commerce and Digital Marketing performance- Support in Developing e-commerce activities to support brand campaigns and to create 360 communication towards the shopper- Support in roll out process, support implementation and optimization of digital initiatives- Support implementation and usage of websites and digital tools across categories and countries- Analyze market dynamics and business status- Assist Marketing Managers in development of specific tools and programsWho You Are- You have at least a bachelor's degree in a commercial field completed at program start- You have maximum 24 months of work experience after graduation. Work experience is not required, but appropriate internships in industry is an advantage
