Develop and implement strategies to optimize the distribution and sales channels for sustainable growth. The Go To Market manager primary objective will be to ensure efficient and successful routes to market, enabling the company to reach target customers and maximize sales opportunities. The Go To Market Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, operations, and supply chain, to develop and execute robust Go To Market strategies.
***Tasks and responsibilities**:
**GTM Strategy**:
- Develop and execute Go To Market strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Analyze market trends, customer/Shopper´s preferences, and competitive landscape to identify optimal routes to market.
- Define and implement channel selection, coverage models, and distributor partnerships.
**Distribution Channel Management**:
- Base on Boehringer Ingelheim´s "Distributors Management Program" (implement and Manage Program)
- Identify, evaluate, and manage distribution channels, including wholesalers, retailers, e-commerce platforms, and distributors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, providing guidance, support, and training as necessary.
- Regularly review and optimize channel performance based on sales data, market feedback, and partner capabilities.
**Cross-functional Collaboration**:
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, operations, and supply chain, to align Go To Market strategies and initiatives.
- Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to optimize product availability, delivery, and inventory management within the chosen routes to market. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop channel-specific marketing campaigns and promotions.

- Bachelor in Business Management, Engineering, Finance, Economics and related
- Sales Operations, Distributors management, GTM, P&L knowledge. At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
**Desirable**:
- Postgraduate courses in Business Management, Strategic Planning, Finance.
