Con mayor impulso.Business Intelligence Sr. AnalystPrimary Purpose of the PositionLead the backoffice administrative process focused on the Mass Merchandise, National Accounts and Dealers sales channel with the intention of keeping business indicators within acceptable ranges (past due and customer service, among others).Principle Duties and ResponsibilitiesTimely management for the preparation of Credit Notes and Re-Invoicing.Request, follow-up, and receipt of documents.Daily monitoring of discounts, penalties, and litigation procedures with clients through the portals and established communication channels.Support the administrative field sales team and resolve internal problems with different areas: Logistics, Taxes, Customer Service, Collection, and Finance.Support implementation of projects and initiatives for continuous improvement in coordination with various areas: Logistics, Taxes, Customer Service, Collection, and Finance.
Example: MM portal project implementation.Ensure all administrative tasks are executed in a timely manner to avoid affecting Goodyear's collection process.Manage sales KPIs and Back Office.EducationPreferably Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Actuary, Industrial Engineering, or a similar field.ExperienceWide knowledge of the administrative processes of the Tire Industry.Knowledge of Mass Merchandise portals is desired.Experience in transnational companies is desired.3 to 5 years minimum in account reconciliations, management of overdue portfolios, and billing is desired.Knowledge in different sales channels: Retail, Mass Merchandise, Assemblers, Wholesalers, and National Accounts is desired.Knowledge & SkillsFunctional and Technical KnowledgeAdvanced Office skills.Fundamentals of finance.Database management.Results-oriented.SkillsAnalytical skills.Customer-focused attitude.Decision making and problem-solving skills.Interpersonal relationships with clients and company staff.Conflict management skills.Effective communication at various levels.Experience in work teams and projects.Communication management with national and regional work teams.
